Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Holiday periods may add a few extra days, so we recommend ordering early for Halloween and Christmas.

Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Multiple packages: Items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days.

Shipping address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
